Birthday Roulette

Do you know ANYONE born on these dates?

October 31^st

February 29^th

March 10^th

June 28^th

August 19^th

In my database of over 1,700 descendants, spouses of descendants, and parents of spouses with known birthdays, no one was born on these five dates.  On average, with this size of group, every date would have four to five birthdays.  If the calendar where a roulette wheel, I wouldn’t place a bet on the little ball landing on any of these dates!   

Of course February 29^th is the rarest of days to have a birthday, because it only occurs every four years (due to leap year). Often people with this birthday celebrate it either on February 28^th or March 1^st.  Each of these dates in my database has six birthdays, making me wonder if some are actually February 29^th births.
